You upload it. The file is stored in your account with Supabase, and access is restricted to you.
The values are extracted. The document is processed with Google's Gemini API to read the results, names and units.
You review and edit. Mapped values land on your timeline automatically. Open any result to fix names, units, or numbers — edits stick.
It joins your timeline. Accepted values appear next to your earlier results so you can follow direction over time.
You stay in control. Delete any document whenever you want. Full exports and account deletion are available on request.
Your data isn't sold, and it isn't shared beyond the providers needed to run the service. MedicalHistory.app isn't a healthcare provider and doesn't diagnose or treat. More detail is in the FAQ and the privacy policy.

Yes. The free plan includes the same extraction, review/edit, and timeline features for up to 3 documents (PDFs up to 10 pages). That's enough to upload your recent lab reports and see your first timeline before you decide anything. No card required.
Upload limits. Free covers up to 3 documents and 10 pages per PDF. Pro unlocks unlimited uploads and removes the page cap. Extraction, editing mapped values, and the biomarker timeline are the same on both plans.
One uploaded PDF — typically a lab results report (blood, urine, panel) or a doctor visit note / diagnostic summary. You can upload other medical documents too; they're kept in your archive, and only lab results and visit notes are mapped onto the timeline for now. Deleting a document on the free plan frees that slot so you can upload another.
Your documents and timeline stay in your account. To upload more, upgrade to Pro.

Pro costs $49.99 per year (VAT added where required), billed yearly in advance through Stripe.
Yes. Open Manage subscription on your profile to cancel in Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro until then.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it.
